Lewis (VP) called meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Jimmy discussed items discussed at last months meeting as Hank was not present. Charles gave treasure report, Jimmy made motion to accept, Lewis 2nd and all others agreed.

Items discussed during this meeting were as follows:

• Our next car show will be held in the park at the Strawberry Festival in Reynolds on April 26, 2007.
• The club voted to give Chad Peacock $500.00 to help with medical expenses from an accident.
• The club voted to have a Friday night get-togetherat the Silver Dollar Raceway. The date is to be determined at our September meeting.

• David and Carol Welch Participated in the Shrine Car Show in Macon on August 25th in the 65' Chevy truck
• Jimmy and Carol Whitley also attended the Shrine Show.
• Charles and Sue Neisler went to Pigeon Forge to visit Larry and Hilda Deloach, during the Shades of the Past Car Show.
• Hank and Patty McMillan attended the car show in Perry on the same day as the Shrine show.
• Ed has attended the Summit cruise in/car show held every Monday night at Exit 216 on I-75 (Mcdonough exit just sout of Atlanta), Ed has made some progress there for the raceway.He says the event is well worth the ride and he gets to eat at Waffle House.
• Hank McMillan as been appointed as a Southwestern representative of Georgia Street-Rod Association.

Hey Guys- we're having a proble with meeting participation. We need to MARK YOUR CALENDARS  for the monthly meetings and make plans to attend. Our next meeting will be September 18th at Eds' shop, he will be grilling hotdogs so come on out and bring a guest.
We need to check our Country Cruisers.com website regularly. Can't ever tell what goodies may be posted there.
